So, I feel like I have lost my willpower… Last night at the rodeo I had a chili-cheese dog AND a strawberry margarita….oops! Granted, before this diet I would have eaten 2 hot dogs, so that is better portion control, but still.
I NEED to get back on track so I can start losing weight instead of staying the same. I was afraid to weigh in this morning, but I did and surprisingly I stayed the same weight. I need to start losing weight in order to meet my new goal and I am just losing my drive and willpower.
HELP please!
Just for motivation here is what you wrote to me the other day: What has been making you slack? Are you tired, have cravings, not seeing results? You can do it! Start with this- do the 30 day shred while the kids are napping today- drink a glass of water after and grab a piece of fruit. You will feel awesome and proud of yourself, I know I always do. Take baby steps getting back in to it because if you just start cold turkey, you might feel overwhelmed and go back to eating poorly. Keep your head up, Dana- you ca do it!!!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could get you back on track .....I am having major problems trying to get back on track myself. Hang in there- YOU can do this! Start by exercising tonight and then you'll see the weight loss and that will get you motivated again.
